Volunteer & Skills Exchange

Tues 22nd Sept 2026 – 11.30am-2pm, The Green Room, Folkestone

A free, practical event bringing together local professionals, freelancers, and businesses with community groups, charities, and eco projects – to share skills, offer pro bono support, and form lasting volunteer partnerships.

PAST EVENT: Community Sustainability Showcase

Tues 21st April 2026 – 6 – 8pm – South Kent Community Church, Folkestone (opposite Folkestone Central Station)

Meet, get inspired, and get involved with great local green initiatives. An evening of positive stories and networking

A series of short, regular events and accessible workshops – fostering learning, knowledge sharing and discussion – hosted at EKC Folkestone College.

2023 Events Programme

A 5 month engagement programme of events and workshops, culminating in a ‘TEDx style’ event at the Burlington Hotel.
